Authentication
If your document is going to be used in China, most of the time
you will be required to have your document authenticated by the
Chinese Consulate Office having jurisdiction
over the city where the document was issued.
Most frequently encountered documents that need to be authenticated
include but not limited to the following:
* Certificates (Diploma, Transcript, Birth Certificate, Marriage
Certificate, Death Certificate, etc.)
* Business and Property Related Documents (Articles of Incorporation,
Power of Attorney, Board Resolution, Business License, etc.)
The authentication procedure is somewhat complicated because before
the document is brought to the Chinese Consulate Office, the Consulate
Office requires it to be notarized by the Notary Public, authenticated
by the County Clerk and The Secretary of State.
Asian Link can help you with the entire authentication process.
